Everyone has been asking us questions about the layout of our RV, so here it is! Its actually kind of hard to tell from the pictures, so maybe I will have Josh do a video tour. Basically there is the master bedroom on one end (above the truck), the living/kitchen/dining in the middle, and the kids’ room is on the other end. Its got 4 slides for a total of 345 square feet. Not too shabby for an RV! Thats a whole lot bigger than the standard “tiny houses” that are so popular these days!

The kitchen.

The kitchen. This is the smallest room of our RV. We sacrificed kitchen space for a large kid’s room (the bunkhouse)

The dining room table.

The dining room table. I was going to put a booth into the dining room of the house we were going to buy, but our RV came with it standard 🙂

Another angle.

The kids’ bathroom. Having 2 bathrooms was a perk we didn’t think we actually needed, but it has been really nice so far. That way we have separate space for all our toiletries, and the kids can leave their potty seat and step stool out 24/7.

The kids' closet.

The kids’ closet. The closet/dresser is accessible from the other side as well, for double the drawer space!

Another view of Addie's bed.

Addie’s bed. Josh custom made the bed rails so the kids won’t fall out of bed at night.

The kids' entertainment center.

The kids’ entertainment center. We have lots more toys that we will switch out every couple weeks here, so they always have new things to play with.

Shower with garden tub for kid's baths!

Shower with garden tub for kid’s baths! Its a normal shower size, which is awesome because until now I’ve only ever showered in a camper with a teeny tiny shower area. The kids LOVE the bath, especially Addie.

The master bedroom & closet

The master bedroom & closet (our bathroom is to the right, I forgot to get a picture). We liked all the extra space in the master in the 5th wheel versus the travel trailers with a similar layout. The only real problem is the space between the closet and the bed is a bit narrow. Its fine for a normal person, but my pregnant belly is already getting stuck there. Its going to be a little difficult in the 3rd trimester!
